Imports your suppliers' spreadsheets, PDFs, and Word docs and turns them straight into Shopify products, purchase orders, and transfers. Map a file once, and every future file imports the same way — built for how multi-vendor buying actually works.
Shopify App
Clean books in QuickBooks, automatically.
Posts your sales and payouts into QuickBooks Online — a tidy daily summary split by payment method, or an entry per order if you want the detail. Payouts reconcile to the bank with fees handled, and re-syncing a day never duplicates an entry.
Custom Tool
Florida DR-15 figures, ready to file.
A custom-distribution Shopify app that prepares a store's Florida DR-15 sales-tax figures from its own Shopify data, and keeps a month-by-month history. We built it for a single store rather than the App Store — an example of the custom work we take on.
