Terms of Service

Effective August 1, 2026.

Groundwire Systems LLC (“we,” “us”) builds software. Each app does a different job, costs a different amount, and handles different data, so each has its own terms. Installing or using an app means accepting the terms for that app.

App terms

• QuickBooks Payouts Sync — posts your sales and payouts into QuickBooks Online.
• Product/PO/Transfer Automation — imports supplier and other files into products, purchase orders, and transfers.

What holds across all of them

The platform an app runs on — an app store or marketplace — is not a party to these agreements and is not affiliated with, endorsing, or acting for us. Where that platform handles billing, it bills you under your agreement with it; we never see or store your payment details.

Every app is provided as it is, without warranty, and none of them is accounting, tax, or legal advice. Review what an app produces before you rely on it. Each app’s terms set out the full warranty disclaimer, the limitation of liability, and the governing law, which is Florida.

These pages are not a substitute for the terms of the app you installed. Where an app’s terms say something different, those terms govern for that app.
