Privacy Policy

Effective August 1, 2026.

Groundwire Systems LLC (“we,” “us”) builds software. Each app accesses different data, so each has its own privacy policy describing exactly what it reads, why, where it is kept, and how it is deleted.

App privacy policies

• QuickBooks Payouts Sync — posts your sales and payouts into QuickBooks Online.
• Product/PO/Transfer Automation — imports supplier and other files into products, purchase orders, and transfers.

This website

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, and we keep it only as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. This website does not run advertising trackers.

Two services support the website itself:

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and, in serving its pages, sees visitors’ IP addresses (United States).
• Google (Gmail) — receives the email you send us at the address below (United States).

What holds for every app we publish

• We request the narrowest set of permissions an app needs, and each app’s policy names them.
• We store the minimum needed to make the app work correctly, and each policy says plainly what that is.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
• Uninstalling or disconnecting an app deletes its access immediately, and the rest of your data is purged shortly afterward. Where a platform sends a deletion request on your behalf, we act on it.
• You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time.

Your rights

Email Support@GroundwireSystems.com to request a copy of your data or its deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us to exercise them.

Changes

We will update this policy and each app’s policy as those apps change, and revise the effective dates. Material changes will be noted in the app or its listing.
